Commercial Description:  

Harvested at peak flavour from our estate vineyards, including Pinot Noir and Malbec. Gentle juice extraction achieved the perfect colour. The juice was then cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Nose: Vibrant sweet berry fruits with floral notes.
Palate: Fresh and lively with hints of strawberry and a long dry finish.
