Tasting Note 

An organic Pinot Gris, dry in style with lovely texture and fresh flavours of apricot, pear and ginger. Sub Regions An early bud burst was followed by a very windy spring. A cooler summer led into a lovely long autumn which allowed for extended ripeness. Small berries and bunches gave great fruit concentration.
