Winemaker Notes

This concoction is a sweet and intense cider balanced with sour green plums. Fruity, sweet and sour with a tiny astringency from plum. It can be served straight as is, on the rocks, or diluted 2 times with chilled fizzy water to turn into sparkling wine.
