Commercial description

Terroir - Clay-chalk
Varieties - Syrah 50%, Cabernet 20%, Petit-Verdot 20%, Merlot 10%.
Vinification - Parcel selection followed by harvest in green (one in July and one in August). Fermentation under temperature control and regular punching.
Maturing - One year of aging in new French barrels for one part, regular racking before being bottled.

Tasting Notes - The ? Hauts de Lalande? perfectly characterize the quality terroir of our property. Very nice balance in the mouth, combining notes of red fruits (blackcurrant), roasted spices. The maturity of the berries brings a generous and complex wine. 5 year aging potential.

Food Pairing - Great with leg of lamb, grilled meat, duck breast, cheese.
