The 2022 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères is more reserved on the nose compared to the Village Cru, though there is better definition, and it expresses the caliber of this particular Village Cru. The palate is very well balanced with impressive concentration on the entry. There’s real depth and finesse here, fanning out with bravura on the finish. This is a wonderful Les Enseignères that should give at least a decade of drinking pleasure. Tasted at merchants' 2022 Burgundy tastings in London.
