This pale salmon Rosé is bursting with aromas of peach, strawberry, watermelon and blossom. Palate is dry with crisp, mouthwatering acidity and a beautiful long finish with flavours of peach, nectarine, pink grapefruit and red berries. A powerful but refined Rosé. Perfect partner for a range of dishes and occasions. 

Comprised of 55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet and 10% Shiraz, and all picked by hand before being gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for pure, unadulterated red fruit expression and freshness.
