ALAMEDA CBC Co. started out as a company that makes cold brew coffees that we think are really delicious. One reason was that I wasn't satisfied with the coffee currently on the market. And we knew from our experience in the beverage and food industry that we could make more delicious.
The basics of our manufacturing are delicious and exciting. I want to make something that is so exciting before drinking that I am surprised. To that end, ALAMEDA CBC Co. is committed to eliminating all of the uniform thinking and starting from scratch with free thinking.

They have finally realized the taste of "freshly brewed coffee at a coffee shop", which could not be made with canned coffee or chilled cup beverages. In addition to low-temperature 24-hour extraction, their innovative Flash Pasteurization System method has succeeded in extending natural taste and freshness.
